What we collect, and what we don't.

When you open a page here, the site collects a short list of facts in your browser and sends them to an endpoint on aosai.co. It is a first-party request to our own server; your browser contacts no other company. The records are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and on our own computer, where our team reads them.

• Which pages you viewed on this site, in order, and each page's title.
• How long you were actively on each page — counted only while the tab is in view, reported every 15 seconds.
• The address of the page that linked you here, as your browser reports it (often only the site's domain).
• Campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), if the link you followed carried them.
• A visit id — random, generated in your browser, shared by the pages you open within 30 minutes of each other in the same tab.
• A visitor id — random, generated in your browser, and kept in your browser's local storage so it lasts beyond this visit. It is what lets us see that a later visit came from the same browser. It contains nothing about you personally, it is used only on this site, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
• Your approximate location — country, region or state, city, and time zone — and the name of the network you're on (for example your internet provider or company), as reported to us by our hosting platform from your IP address.
• Not your IP address itself. We keep only a one-way code made from it with a secret key, which tells us "same network as before" without keeping the address.
• Your device type, operating system, browser, screen size and language.
• The time of each event — when your browser recorded it, and when our server received it.
• Every link and button you tap: its visible label and where it points (booking, call, text, email, the calculator, the newsletter, links to other pages or sites). Never anything you type — not into a form, not into an email you go on to write.
• That a form was sent, and when the calculator was completed — not the numbers or text you entered.
• How far down a page you scrolled, rounded to a quarter.
• Which sections of a page came into view, by their heading. Not where your cursor went, and nothing you type.
• When you switch to another tab or app, come back, and leave the page.

We keep a visitor id in your browser so that we can recognise a return visit. It lets us see how many separate people visit rather than only how many tabs were opened, roughly where our visitors are, what they looked at, and whether someone came back before getting in touch.

We use this to see which pages do their job and which don't, and to follow up on enquiries. It is not sold, not shared with data brokers, and not used to track you across other websites. We keep it for up to 13 months, then delete it.

To opt out entirely: visit aosai.co/?w3p=off. This browser then records nothing at all — no page views, no IP, no visitor id — until you visit ?w3p=on. One honest limit: if your browser blocks all site storage, the setting cannot be remembered from page to page — it still applies to the page you opened with the link. We also honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends that signal we do not record you regardless of storage, and you need do nothing. We no longer act on the older Do Not Track signal, which browsers have abandoned; use the link above or Global Privacy Control instead.

Clearing this site's data removes the visitor id but does not stop future recording; a private window will not keep an id between sessions. To have what we already hold deleted, email help@aosai.co and we will remove it.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your name, email address and (if you give it) your company, with the time, the page you signed up on, your approximate location, the link that brought you, and the visit and visitor identifiers described above. Because of those identifiers, the visits recorded from your browser — before and after you sign up — are shown to us under your name. They also let a deletion request remove your recorded visits, not just the signup.

Newsletter readers are kept on their own list, separate from our sales contacts, and are used for the newsletter. The list is kept in our own system, not on a marketing platform.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email help@aosai.co and we will remove you.
